Veterans who registered for Exchange online shopping privileges through VetVerify.org and other customers who are unable to return an Exchange online item to an Exchange retail store, may return merchandise to one of the following addresses*: Need more help or have questions? You can call Customer Service any time at 1-800-527-2345.

Quickly process your return in three simple steps:

  1. Pack Item: If available, use the pre-printed return label on the packing slip form or the appropriate address below.
  2. Detail Request: To expedite your return, please include your online order number and reason for the return (once received, refund will be processed in accordance with our Online Refund Policy).
  3. Mail Package: Send item(s) to the appropriate Exchange warehouse address below:

Return to nearest Exchange retail store. Veterans who registered for Exchange online shopping privileges through VetVerify.org must return shopmyexchange.com merchandise by mail or by calling 1-800-527-2345 for assistance.

AP Customers
Return to nearest Exchange retail store. Veterans who registered for Exchange online shopping privileges through VetVerify.org must return shopmyexchange.com merchandise by mail or by calling 1-800-527-2345 for assistance.

* Verification of purchase required. (Receipt, order number, customer notification.)

Do NOT Mail Computers to the Exchange.

Contact Customer Service at 1-800-527-2345 for assistance returning Specialty Items, such as computers and fine jewelry. Computer return instructions vary by brand. Diamond jewelry and watches over $1000 need to be returned by registered mail with your order number or a copy of your order confirmation along with the reason for return.

Shipping Refunds

Is the item damaged, defective or incorrect? If we've made an error, we'll make it right and reimburse the standard shipping after your item is returned. Returning items for another reason?
